If you need to know one fact about me … then know I am a complete Arianator. She is the Princess of Pop of our generation and I just love her super loving vibes.
Maybe it is because I’m used to have small but magnetic friends, maybe it because she started her career as the underdog (Victoria who?) or maybe it was because we rocked the same signature hairstyle (Ask any of my 11th grade classmates in high school and they could tell you I loved the wearing my hair in a half ponytail, before Ariana even made that a thing.
After the Manchester Bombing ,Ariana has been on a lot of people’s radios and her new Music Video “No Tears Left to Cry” was a tribute to the Worker Bee city. So it made perfect sense to me , to create a little Ariana themed lookbook as we come to mid spring.
So this is for all the moonlight baes ❤
Ariana in 2018 has evolved from her previous poofy floral and feminine skirts and little bow looks. Current Ariana now seems to have an affinity for denim blue look, sporting the classic oversized denim jacket/shirt paired up with her crop tops underneath. Ariana also has a love for her ripped jeans which makes sense as it helps bring a “sexy vibe” to her whole look and of course is all part of her laid back & chill image.
She doesn’t over- accessorize … she just let’s the outfit and her attitude do all the talking!
I love ripped jeans! They are flattering. I’m very petite, so I think they make my butt look lovely. Ariana Grande
Ariana throwbooks looks (etc circa 2015) looks always have a hint of Cher Horowitz, 90’s glam within them. True to Clueless inspiration, Ariana has been known to be sporting mini plaid skirts, headbands and knee length socks.
Ariana’s career was built on the bubblegum schoolgirl portfolio, as seen by her first record Honeymoon Avenue. Her style is not exactly All-American clothing like Britney Spears (In other words Hit Me Baby One More Time), instead Ariana seemed more inspired by Blair Waldorf (who we all know was the Queen of headbands and bows).
While Ariana seems to have toned down the school girl looks, but she doesn’t seem to be giving up the miniskirts any time soon! Neither has her love of plaid, which anyone could see from her Instagram page.
My personal style is a mixture of, like, girly, throwback, like retro ’50s pin-ups, floral, like hippies, like anything feminine, and like flirty.

Summer days with my honey, worried ’bout nothing.
3. The Puffer Jacket
I never thought the Quilted puffer jacket could be sexy or even fashionable , and I still could not pull that look off . But Ariana has fully embraced the puffer jacket, crop top trend if her new music videos Everyday and No Tears Left to Cry are any indication. Granted she usually wears it in the off the shoulder , slouchy way paired which for practical reasons is not ideal.
Nevertheless with her love of oversized jumpers this is definitely a look which can be replicated and worn on the streets!
The best fashion advice I’d say would be just to do what makes you comfortable and what makes you feel cute, and that’s how you’re gonna look your best ’cause when you feel your best, everybody else can feel it, too. Ariana Grande

Just come and get it let them say what they say, ‘Cause I’m about to put them all away-Ariana Grande
One thing about Ariana is she loves a good sweater or jumper! Whether it be with miniskirts, denims or with knee high boots , this girl can be seen to be wrapped with in her jumpers all day long.
“I like very girly, retro inspired, feminine, floral things. I’m not very edgy.”

We are not objects or prizes. We are QUEENS.” – Ariana Grande
“I…do not. Belong. To anyone. But myself. And neither do you.”- Ariana Grande
Ariana has always been one different lady. While many see her as the bubblegum petite image, this was an image she never loved and her first single was actually a massive flop!
But she persevered and it was when she was allowed to be her true self, laying down more R&B vibes like Mariah Carey, she got her breakthrough.
She is outspoken and while sometimes her methods are ahem unorthodox (do not go licking doughnuts in stores children) she seems to have her heart in the right place and doesn’t apologize for standing up to injustice when she can.
A special thank you to the birthday girl. You are an amazing model and an amazing person. Thank you for letting me create this Ariana Grande lookbook. And to all Ariana fans out there… be special, be unique and continue to be moonlight x.
